Prior to PSC, we used ACT, but ACT does not have the full functionality that Adman has, it’s basically just a CRM system. Adman incorporates the entire business which gives me oversight over a lot more of the operations so I can make more informed decisions.

Frankly, the main reason for using PSC initially was the fact we purchased another company and we therefore inherited Adman but then we started using it and realised it enabled us to be more efficient so we implemented it across the business and we are still finding ways to incorporate it more and more.

What I really love about Adman is that it connects the whole company from the CRM system, raising invoices, general accounts to reports all to help us run the business more effectively.

At this point in time, we haven’t been using Adman as much as I want to so we are in the process of working with PSC to get even more areas of the business using it, their help and continued training has been invaluable.

The invoicing function is very useful, we are able to run and email the invoices directly from the system and then we can just import these into our accounts system so that everything is kept up to date with just a few clicks.

We run a selection of events and we use the events module to manage these. We are able to track what space has been sold and what is left to sell. The system allows split invoices so it calculates the deposits and balance automatically based on the dates and percentages we enter which saves a considerable amount of time and errors rather than manually calculating them and sending them individually. 

The various reports are very useful indeed, they really help us to run the business more efficiently. The fact that I can export these reports into Excel enables me to manipulate them further so I have a really good handle on what’s going on in the business.

There is always someone on hand to give whatever support or advice, training, etc. is required, there is nothing they won’t do to help you. Support is really important to us so it’s really reassuring to know that they are there whenever we have a query and are so willing to help us.
